Usage:
Start with clean, dry lashes. Place the Paradise Forever Noir Mascara brush at the base of your lashes and gently wiggle from root to tip to coat each lash evenly in intense noir pigment. Apply one coat for bold definition or layer additional coats to build dramatic volume and length without clumping. Allow a few seconds between coats for best results.
