These buildable shades custom-enhance lids with vivid color– conjuring the glamour of the Private Blend scent.

HOW TO USE:

• Apply shade 1 on upper lids and inner corners of eyes.
• Blend shades 2 and 3 into crease.
• Define upper and lower lash lines with Runway Gel Eyeliner in Cocoa and diffuse with shade 4.
• Highlight the centers of upper lids with shade 2.
  
• This Eye Color Quad can be applied wet for a more dramatic finish, or dry for a softer effect.
