HOW TO APPLY:

1. Dip brush & wipe excess on brush wiper.
2. Stroke onto brows & blend with spoolie.
3. Keep jar tightly closed when not in use.

• Use a lighter shade of Precisely, My Brow Pencil to add hair-like strokes to the front of your brow for a natural-looking ombre effect.
